When Email Subscription is not enabled in our Feedburner Account, then no Visitor will be able to subscribe to our Blog.

Why Email Subscription Enable in Feedburner

Suppose you have created an account on your Feedburner and added the Email Subscription Widget to your blog, so if anyone now puts their email in your Blog's Email Subscription widget and clicks on the Subscribe button, then it will show Massage Show on it The Publisher has Deactivated Subscription By Email

This means that your Subscription By Email is not enabled in your Feedburner Account, so you have to enable Subscription By Email.
