Google is such a search engine in which crores of people keep searching about many things all the time. Traffic comes from Google in our blog too. Some time it happens that some such links of our blog are indexed in Google, which we do not want to be indexed in Google. These problems are happening to many bloggers. That is why in this post we are going to tell you about removing any url of blog from Google by GWT.

There are a lot of urls in our blog, but some of these urls are those that do not want to index in Google. If there are some urls of blog that we do not want to index in Google, and if it becomes index then what to do. !!!

Once I tell you in short that when we create a blog and publish a post by writing in it, it is not indexed in google like this. For that, we have to verify our blog in GWT and submit a sitemap. Through which Googlebot starts indexing all urls of that site slowly. Googlebot also indexes many unwanted urls in indexing.

If you do not know that many unwanted urls of your blog are also indexed in google, then you can easily find it. For this go to google and site: yourdomain.com (Write your blog link instead of yourdomain.com) and search. !!

In front of you in search result, all the URLs of your blog will be indexed which is indexed in google. In this, many URLs such as category, tag, 404 pages will also show in search result. In one thing, I want to tell you that it is better not to have category, tag, index of 404 pages in Google. That is why you should delete / remove these URLs from Google.

Step 1: Login to Google Webmaster.

1. After login, click on your Blog Link.

Step 2:

1. Click on Google Index.
2. Now click on Remove URLs.
3. Click on temporally hide.
4. The URL of the blog to be removed from Google. Enter that URL.
5. Now click on the Continue button.

Step 3:

1. There will be three options here but Temporarily hide directory has to be selected.
2. Click on submit request button.
